Do you offer fabric samples before I place a large order?
Yes, we offer swatch sets for most of our collections. You can order individual 4x4 inch samples directly from the product pages to ensure the color and texture meet your requirements.
How is the fabric shipped to ensure it doesn't wrinkle?
For orders over 5 yards, we typically ship fabric on high-quality industrial rolls to prevent creasing. Smaller orders are carefully folded and secured in moisture-resistant packaging.
What is your return policy for cut-to-measure fabrics?
Because fabrics are custom-cut to your specified length, we generally do not accept returns unless the material is defective or damaged upon arrival. We highly recommend ordering a sample first.
Are your fabrics suitable for commercial upholstery?
Many of our textiles are rated for high-traffic commercial use. Please check the 'Double Rub' count in the product specifications; we recommend a rating of 30,000 or higher for heavy-duty projects.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard processing takes 1-2 business days. Shipping within the continental US typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
